SQL Developers Kit

I've found out the problem. We have licensing issues with 5722WDS
because there is another 720 AS/400 with the same serial number as ours.
When we first leased our box it wasn't a 720. We've upgraded our
hardware and now it's a 720. IBM thinks we have passed our usage limit
for that license. I hope that gets taken care of soon, but it's out of
my hands. Kind of weird.
