I'm not sure what "normal" is anymore, but V4 was the exception with 
new RPG content in every other release. The V4 release schedule was 
just a bit too hurried for our tastes. The next RPG release 
currently under development is a little less ambitious than previous 
releases, but it will be the 3rd consecutive release with enhancements.
