It should give a few ideas on how to reach your goal. Download the source code from http://www.dbg400.net/usroutq.html and have a look at DBG186R4 for getting a list of *OUTQs and DBG188R4 for the spool files. It is possible to do a lot of it in CL, though not necessarily easy.
