The method I discovered for this is to place the following in the display
file DDS:
SFLMODE(&S1SFLMODE)
S1SFLMODE 1A H
The positions are obviously incorrect, but you get the idea. You then place
the following code into your RPG program before executing EXFMT:
S1SFLMODE IFEQ '0'
MOVE *ON *IN10
ELSE
MOVE *OFF *IN10
ENDIF

F19 would be described to the user as the 'fold/drop' command key. f22
would never be used, it's only to satisfy the syntax of the keywords.
