Up to now, and with a few notable exceptions, IBM's guys in
Rochester and Toronto have proven very exceptional
themselves at integrating new things into the OS and into
RPG, innovatively at times, without breaking existing code.

Sometimes it's not "squeaky clean", but it's usually pretty
good.
