I may have missed something, but ALL my objects are compiled from V5R2 to
V4R5.  ALL my objects get a CRTDUPOBJ multiple times as they move from
development to test to QA to release.  Debug works fine on RPG IV and RPG
III.  I just tested it with one of each type:

crtrpgpgm/crtbndrpg
crtdupobj
strdbg/strisdb/strdbg (on the duplicate object)
addbkp/F6/F6

Breakpoint added.
