The URLs are generally stable enough that they're good for the life of the
Infocenter version.  That is, the V5R1 URLs don't change.  But the V5R2 URL
might well be different from the V5R1 URL.  That's why I put the path in as
well (Networking, TCP/IP...)  It gives me an idea where I found the thing in
the first place.
