Juan, Object security in the IFS is a lot different from what you are used to in the library system. When you create a stream file, you are the owner (even if you are a member of a group profile and have OWNER(*GRPPRF)). What others may do with depends on (IIRC; I tend to forget the details) the settings of the directory. What we do is use a homegrown CL command to create the stream file with the desired CCSID and public authority before the program runs that writes data into the file.
