I think that's the biggest problem here, not that RPG is or isn't a good CGI language. Maybe ego? Nahh.... couldn't be. But, thanks for comparing me to the developers and documenters of Java, Perl and Python. If all I missed was telling them how to encode and escape, I'd say I did better than anyone that doesn't just write documentation for a living. After all, those topics, as Matt pointed out, have nothing to do with RPG. And if I included ALL of the rules of the HTTP protocol, all HTML tags, etc... well, it would be bigger than a unix manual.
