I do not believe so.  FILEA is opened when the embedded OPEN Cursor
statement is executed, FILEB is opened at the first instance of the insert.
FILEA should be closed by an embedded CLOSE cursor statement, FILEB will be
closed at the end of the module or activation group, dependant upon how the
Close Cursor parameter was set when the program was compiled.
