If I understand correctly, your printer file is defined as 80 columns wide, 
i.e.: CRTPRTF
PAGESIZE(nn 80).  If so, to my knowledge, you will never be able to fit more 
than 80 characters on
any given line.  In your case, you would have to change the width to at least 
110.  I'm guessing
that your page is 8.5 inches wide, in which case you would have to specify 
CPI(15) as well.

Not knowing your specific situation, I might suggest that you consider breaking 
up the
110-character header line into two lines.  That would keep your printer file at 
10 CPI and keep
the rest of the report more readable.

If you have other questions, it would help to know how many inches wide your 
page is, the printer
model you are using, and whether you are using any advance printer function.
