I was wondering if anybody had an idea, that will work better than mine?

Problem:
I have a PC faxserver (winfax), that I would like to have all the
information (sender, to, durration errors) sent back to the as/400 so i can
present a web page, to the end users, on what happened to their fax.

What I have done:
I have written a VB program, that reads the winfax log, and then via odbc
/deletes a winfax table on the as/400, and then populates it with the new
fax logs, and this program that runs every 6 minutes..
And then a web page, shows the fax results, and will let them see their fax
image, and the results of the fax, and will let them re-send if there were
any errors..

But here is the problem... If the user views the web page, while the VB
program is update the as/400 table, the web page is incomplete.. whats the
best way, to handle the data during this update process.

Any ideas..

Thanks, tim
