You'd specify 0 in the SPACE AfTER control field on the 'O' spec, then 
repeat the line with a 0 in the SPACE BEFORE control.  Below is an example 
where I'm bolding the information fields (not titles) on a header.  You'll 
have to view this in a monospaced (or "fixed") font.
