This is about type X (a.k.a Alphabetic) fields.
Most documentation says that these fields will allow A-Z, a-z, comma,
period, - and blank.

In some IBM documentation it also adds:
"... Some special characters for World Trade countries are also
acceptable."

Now my question is: what exactly does that mean? What characters are
"special", and which of these are acceptable as input?
Can anyone give me a specific list of all acceptable characters?
