One possibility is to set up system auditing and write a program to receive
audit journal entries of jrncde('T') and enttyp('CO'). Check for entries that
match user, library, name (i.e., generically 'P21'), object type, etc., and
send the name off to a program that can do the work. If you set auditing up for
it, whenever a matching object is created, your program will be notified fairly
quickly.
