RE: *INKO Indicator

O was the letter that was skipped when creating the *INK* indicators for
function keys.  As I recall, it had something to do with being reserved for
printer file overflow.  It might be in the RPG reference or programming
guide.

I seem to remember hearing that a letter of the Aphabet was skipped when
creating these and just want to make sure it is INKO.
Also, why was the letter skipped in the first place? Was it a bug that
became a feature?
