Can anyone help with this message?

Does anyone have any idea as to how to fix this error message:

This is from a "Load All" subfile Inquiry. I have a time-out feature on this 
inquiry. I have debugged this program and it seems to be generating this 
message on the READC statement. Any help anyone could provide would be greatly 
appreciated.
