Worse than that, I dont think there is any single person in charge of all
this.  Kind of like NASA. After the big Al Zollar announcement I thought he
was in charge.  But then the new model and pricing announcements were
planned and made without him and it sounded like Ian Jarman was in charge.
But then chatting online with Hans last year it sounded like the ILE team
calls a lot of shots and they report to someone entirely different.  *punt*
