BPCS is an ERP package written by a company called SSA (System Software 
Associates).  ERP is Enterprise Resource Planning for pretty much any company 
that builds and/or sells things, and includes manufacturing, distribution and 
financials.  It's about 20 years old now, but still kicking, and after the 
company went through some serious financial difficulties, they seem to be back 
on the road to at least moderate success.

I'm sure you can call them for training.  Back in the old days, there were 
actually non-SSA companies performing BPCS training, but that was a long time 
ago.
