QtmhCvtDb has a bunch of limitations and the problem you mentioned below is 
just one of them (this specific issue goes waaaaaay back with Netscape 
browsers, at least to version 3, likely all the way to the start of Netscape). 
There's another API you can use that's called QzhbCGIParse which is much 
better. You can get sample code for using it from Brad Stone's website 
(http://www.bvstools.com - look in the samples and downloads section).

        I am using QtmhRdStin to read from std in and QtmhCvtDb to parse the 
data.
        When users use Mozilla, invariant characters come across as ascii text. 
 So
        the @ sign is %40.  When QtmhCvtDb returns, %40 is replaced with a 
blank.
        
        Does anyone know what to do about this situation?  Or why it's 
happening?
