either 

you do not have authority to clear the file when FMTDTA is executed and you see 
the record count for 
output from previous execution 
Look at the object DAACDTRNO when was it last changed or updated....if it shows 
date other than 
the date of  FMTDTA execution then the authority is the issue. look at the 
joblog it will tell you ....

Sort specs DASORT50 may contain include or omit of record based on criteria....
>  0 error(s) found in source file QFMTSRC in library NFHPGMR mbr DASORT50 
the above means that there were no errors in sort specs....nothing to do with 
output.....

In future refere to proper list this has nothing to do with RPG....
