The compiler creates a temporary field for the expression '*YEAR - 1'.
Because *YEAR is 4 digits long, the temporary is 5 (so the result will
always fit).

Solutions:
1. Create your own field as 4 long and use that one.
2. C    Eval    FileName = 'PRMMTD' + %EditC(%decimal((*Year-1):4:0):'X')

You decide which one is ugliest :-)
