No, RPG modules cannot call other modules.  A module is a collection of
procedures and is NOT runnable.  You have to bind it into a program (service
program or program) in order to execute one of the procedures in a module.
If these terms seem really foreign, may I suggest checking out the RPG
Redbook and the ILE Concepts manual?  These explain ILE components better
than I.  You can find the references in the FAQ at http://faq.midrange.com
Search for ILE or Redbook.  Link in the lower left corner.
