RE: output specs and indicators

 The easiest way I've found to convert RPG36 to RPGIV is to change the RPG36
to RPG and get it to compile properly in RPG.

Once that is done run the cvtrpgsrc command.  It'll convert arrays and all
the other stuff at the same time.
