RE: Subfile Next Changed

The problem is that READC starts with the last record processed, which would
be record 999 from the loop that set SFLNXTCHG on all the records.

I believe that a second READC before your DOW will correct the problem as
READC begins at the beginning of the subfile after reaching the end.
