Simple Question for Embedded RPG Gurus...

We are doing a dynamic prepare of a statement to update a record
and have found one field can contain the dreaded single quote.
The joblog indicates that token "s" is not valid because of the
CusNam of Denny's.

 EVAL      SqlStmt = ''
           + 'UPDATE HWSRSRL                          '
           + ' SET                                    '
           + '   BLCONO = ' + %EDITC(Co#:'3')
           + '  ,BLCUST = ' + %EDITC(Cus#:'3')
           + '  ,BLCSTN = ''' + CusNam + ''''
           + '  ,BLCODE = ''' + NewStat + ''''

Simple fix? Any universal way to fix this?
