I have just started to code with free-form syntax and have run in to an issue with getting the current system time. Before I would use: D CurrentTime 6S 0 C TIME CurrentTime But now I want to convert this to free-form. My IBM Manual says the TIME opcode is not allowed, use %DATE, %TIME, %TIMSTAMP. But all of these BIF's are to convert a character or numeric input to a date, time, or timestamp. They do not retrieve the current system time. Does anyone have a solution?
