Add H spec keyword Options( *SrcStmt ), and while at it consider also adding
*NoDebugIO, as in Options( *SrcStmt : *NoDebugIO )

The former solves your problem; the latter keeps the debugger from breaking on
each move of an input field from the buffer following an IO operation.

This is available via PTF all the way back to V3R2 and V3R7, and in the base
compiler from V4R3 (?) on.  PTF numbers are in the back of the RPG redbook.
