Using XML SAX and DOM parsers for RPG

Hello Everyone,

I need some help in how to use SAX/DOM parsers for RPG to create, read and
update XML files using RPG. What are Document Type Definition(DTD)
standards?
Do I need to use IFS for this?
Is there any documentation/website available on this subject?
