I am trying to get a program that works that uses two display files with many formats. Eventually a display format gets displayed from File1, F03CTL, that is a subfile control record. It has KEEP and OVERLAY. It is displayed with an EXFMT. The next format to get displayed is from File2, CPROC, which is also a subfile control record and a window. The window is specified as (10 4 10 55 *NOMSGLIN). It has KEEP and OVERLAY also. It is also displayed with an EXFMT. The first time through the program all is well. The window gets displayed over the F03CTL just as it should. On all subsequent processes through the program, however, whenever CPROC gets EXFMTed, the F03CTL record behind the window is the *original* one. That is, it seems that any subsequent F03CTL screens get erased, and an old F03CTL screen from the first call through is appearing. Any idea why this would happen? There are other display/sub file records being displaye din the mean time. Regards, Jim Langston
