I like having constants to use but see them as useful when the name the same
or almost so as the value.

Early on, I got used to simply defining them as variables anyway, with
INZ(--value--). When you're debugging, you can go look at the D-specs, but
if it's a var you just look at the value right there to confirm the correct
value. And so can the next programmer. (I'm open to change, though).
