I don't think there are enough people on this list who are just beginning
RPG to have many study notes to share, and I haven't seen any e-books for
RPG.  I myself learnt RPG many years ago, and I can tell you that it has a
long history.  Because of that long history, you may see old code written in
the 70's that looks nothing like code written today.

Can you tell us how you came to be working with RPG?  Are you a student?
Did you take a job in an iSeries company?
