Does anyone have example code or code for a short working demonstration utilizing READC & SFLNXTCHG? I have to retrofit an existing program to use this, and can't remember the details on how this works. For example, when I write out the initial first page of empty subfile records, would I set the indicator for SFLNXTCHG off? I understand that the SFLNXTCHG indicator should be set on when updating the subfile record if the record has an edit error. Do I have to specify an MDT attribute for the subfile? Or does READC detect changed subfile records without MDT attributes? TFMs are woefully short on useful how-to information. - Dan Bale (I am *NOT* "Dale" http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/200105/msg00281.html ) SAMSA, Inc. 989-790-0507 DBale@SAMSA.com Stanley Cup Finals lower bowl tickets at Joe Louis Arena: $500 Official Red Wings jersey: $150 Octopii to drop splat in front of Irbe: $22 each TEN Lord Stanleys: PRICELESS!
