Too easy.
You will miss references in CL programs such as SNDRCVF and OVRDSPF (it
happens!)  You will also miss references in RPG IV source.  You will also
miss references for objects where the source member is moved by change
management systems.

The classic answer to all these documentation questions is to go buy a
documentation package.  Those vendors have spent a lifetime making sure
that
they do a good job.  It's not economical to try to develop all that code
yourself.
