>0050.00 C+      ORDER BY prkey

In earlier releases I would say
WHERE SUBSTR(PRKEY,16,6) in ('      ','770440') and
SUBSTR(PRKEY,1,15) = IPROD

but I saw a post recommending
WHERE 2 ('      ','770440') and
3 = IPROD

Why don't you see if the column notation works on your release?
