It is several releases behind the main compiler, so is missing *lots* of
functionality.  The RPG compiler team has done such a good job of advancing
the
language that it is a shame Rochester (or whoever) cannot / willnot devote
the
resources to keep them at parity.

There are just too many goodies in the recent releases to ignore them unless
you
must code to a previous release level for the sake of multiple
installations.
