Adding a module to an existing *SRVPGM

UPDSRVPGM sadly only allows you to replace a module (not add).

You need to do CRTSRVPGM.  I can only imagine that you have the modules used
in another service program (that is being linked to this one) listed in the
binding directory.  Can't think of any other reason why you'd get dups.
