A timestamp contains both time and date information thus a move from a
character field requires both. Move charDate to a 'date' type field first
and then move the date field to the timestamp field.

 d charDate s 8 Inz('19570630')
 d DateField s d
 d timeStamp s z Inz
 c *iso0 move charDate DateField
 c move DateField timeStamp
 c eval *inlr=*on
