This code is RPG IV Definition Specifications.  You can find the reference
in the Infocentre at http://www.iseries.ibm.com/infocenter  These are data
structures, so you they convert to RPG III I-specs.     The DIM(9) indicates
an array of 9 elements, so you'd use an E-spec for that.
