But you would still have to recompile the programs that used a service
program if you change the parameters and didn't version it in the binder
language.  I think that is where people get lost sometimes.  So a change in
the parameter list mandates a new signature to be versioned in the binder
language -or- you have to change and recompile all of your programs to allow
for the new parameter if you don't want to put a new version in the binder
language, correct?
