I'm looking for an inexpensive (as in free or open source?) application to
monitor our QSYSOPR message queue and automatically send a message to a
pager if a message with a severity greater than some threshold is reached,
i.e., messages with severity > 30 should be sent to a pager.

Anyone have one to share?  Know where I can find one?
