Can you describe exactly how you connect?  dial isp? dial RAS server? dial
AS400?
dsl or broadband?
Client Access or other products? Win95/NT or Express?
Do you already have Certificate Manager running on 400?

yes I've been hacked and know others who have.
Green screen telnet (from pc) sends user id / password unencrypted unless
you SSL.
If broadband or dsl, you must have personal firewall like Zone Alarm.
