If the print program is called from a CL, you could override the print file
to
Hold(*YES), then release it when you are ready; I'm not quite sure if the
SCHEDULE parm in the override command will do what you want (anyone else use
this?); I know on our system, a spool file from an RPG program will begin
printing as soon as the program ends (when the print file is finished
building),
so I may be missing something in your question. When do your print files
begin
printing currently? Before the program ends??
