System Error Message - CPI93B9 when compiling RPG program

Good morning list!

I was very sleepy this morning and I immediately woke up when I saw this message
(I was compiling an RPG III program with the CRTRPGPGM command):

After this "PANIC-ROOM" feeling, I compiled a regular RPGIII program
successfully, then an RPG/LE.  No problems.  Since I started to work in here (at
least about 1.5 years) there have been no problems like this.  No upgrades have
been applied and we are on V4R5...  What it could be?
