RE: Service Programs

Actually, procedure parameters have nothing to do with a service program
signature.  I believe the signature comes from the exported procedures and
their order.  Binder source can be used to make a new version of a service
program support previous versions signatures so any existing programs will
continue to work fine without having to recompile/rebind.
