Subfile issue (brain dead)

I know I've done this before but for the life of me can't get this to
work.  Have a record format SFLCMD (displays valid command keys
obviously) that I want to display at bottom of subfile.

The SFLCTL is defined as OVERLAY.  I do a write of the SFLCMD first
thing before sub file processing.  Everything works but the SFLCMD does
not show!!!

If I test in SDA it displays.  I am not overlapping it with the subfile
or the MORE…. The MORE…./END…. Shows up on Line 21 of the display, the
SFLCMD is on Line 23

What am I missing?
