Sorry, Peter, but I don't know.   I really only use STDIN/STDOUT/STDERR
on Unix systems, I have no idea if/how/why the QtmhWrStout API works.

You might consider writing a quickie test program to see if simply
reading descriptor 0 would help.   You might also look at how data is
passed to an RPG program when it's used as a CGI script (since that's
usually how the "POST" method of an HTTP server works.)

But, it's something I haven't done, sorry.
