If you are accessing your data only with SQL then the 'allow nulls' option is 
not needed.

Otherwise,

Use the H-spec ALWNULL(*YES)

How does one compile using CRTSQLRPGI which runs the precompile step to
generate the required SQL support, then invokes the CRTBNDRPG command
with the ALLOW NULLS Option set at *NO. We need the option set to *YES.

Alternativly, where is the temp file or member QSQLTEMP and QSQLTEMP1.
This may have the exploded code that can be run thru CTRBNDRPG, which
will accept the Allow Nulls parameter.

This is V3R2..... Is there a PTF available???  (Note: This is a
temporary condition. A new iSeries comming shortly.)
