>> It's one of my pet peeves that a lot of the api documentation is C oriented. Makes you think that no one thought anyone would want to call them from RPG. I have heard some Rochester managers state categorically that "no one writes in RPG anymore" to justify the lack of RPG examples. Personally I find it less annoying that system programming type APIs like this are only documented for C use, than the SQL stuff! The lack of RPG examples was one of the motivators for the "Who knew ..." Redbook - it is still the motivator for pressing IBM to do "Son of Redbook" - sadly it looks as if that won't happen.
