The user has the option to select their refresh interval (there are minimums
to keep the job from running out of control.) I want to let the user select
not to auto-refresh also.

Has anyone coded this? I am thinking of checking for a refresh = *zero, and
to use exfmt instead of write. Wondering if there is a better way.
